The Contemporary Core
Project Overview:
Designed for a modern workforce, this office balances structure and spontaneity with a spatial flow that encourages both focus and interaction.
The brief called for a visually sleek yet warm environment that could support productivity while leaving a lasting impression on clients and visitors.
Strategic zoning separates reception, collaboration, and executive areas while maintaining visual transparency across the layout.
Eco-conscious touches, like planter-lined workstations, add biophilic warmth without compromising on professionalism.
Location: Andheri East, Mumbai
Carpet Area:2100 sq. ft.
Workspace
A grid of dual-monitor desks in warm wood and black framing forms the backbone of this open-plan studio. Planter-lined dividers soften the tech-forward layout, while ergonomic mesh chairs and linear pendant lights ensure all-day comfort and focus in a collaborative setting.
Conference Room
Anchored by a dual-toned boardroom table, the space blends executive comfort with clean modernism. High-back chairs and glare-free pendant lights set the tone for sharp thinking, while a glass partition keeps it visually connected to the workspace.
Cabins
With clean wood-top desks, angular black legs, and ergonomic seating, the cabin exudes quiet leadership. Tinted glass panels offer privacy without disconnecting from the office’s energy, while greenery and soft lighting ground the space in calm productivity.
